- This is my first time to India visiting CTC for business purposes, I preferred this location due to it being close to the airport as well as CTC, As a solo female visiting a place for the first time I felt extremely comfortable as it was a safe and calm environment. The staff were very kind and helpful, guiding me through this new experience. This was also my first time trying indian food it was delicious, they customized the spice level based on my preference. The next time I visit India I will 100% come back to this hotel and I will confidently refer this to any of my friends wanting to visit chennai.

- It was a decent stay as it met our needs to be near family and wedding venues. I would recommend making sure you have local connections or people who speak the language. We had an incident where one of the staff came into our room and used the washing machine for his personal laundry while we were out. We returned and he knocked on the door to collect his clothes. We were very confused and highly concerned as two women staying alone. Thankfully we had local family friends who called and spoke to the staff member instructing him not to go into our room for the remainder of our stay. Nothing was taken, but still unsettling that he just let himself in while we were gone.

If you don't specify total cost on booking.com and don't give bill why are you charging more. And why 800 RS more to what amount is displayed on booking.com. This is nonsense. There is no hot water. For charging so much from customer, there's no complimentary drinking water too in the hotel. If you can't provide drinking water (complimentary) in summer season then something is seriously wrong
Its very near to the Cheenai trade Center
Staff is very rude! Rooms are very small washrooms not hygienic. Parking person is worst in the hotel he will not allow you to park in the parking and ask you to park on road with no security.
